You are an artist & the way you live your life is your masterpiece.

Hi!
I’m Chelsey LaFleur.

I am a certified Yoga Teacher based in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. My intention is to help you unlock your creative potential through the art of living your yoga and romanticizing your life.

  • I aim to embrace and honor the ancient roots of yoga while infusing modern realities, playful energy, and creativity into my offerings. In class, my cues serve as gentle suggestions, emphasizing the importance of listening to one's body above all else. I deeply understand that each individual's practice is an exploration and celebration of their own unique body, mind, and spirit.

  • Allowing them to discover and tap into their own radiance. Yoga has a beautiful way of extending beyond the physical practice; I aim to convey the essence of mindfulness and teachings of yoga in a way that is relatable and straightforward, guiding individuals towards incorporating these principles into their daily lives with ease.

  • I seek to create an environment that is real, raw, and honest. I believe in the power of vulnerability and openness, creating a space where individuals can feel comfortable in sharing their experiences and connecting with each other on a deeper level.

  • I am a multifaceted woman weaving my diverse passions and experiences into my offerings. I am a mother, wife, and friend, a lover of cats, coffee, and concerts.

As an enthusiast of nature, music, and creativity, I draw inspiration from the world around me. I carry with me a fusion of warmth, empathy, and an unyielding thirst for life's wonders. Whether it's penning poetry, savoring pastries, or letting music move my spirit, I find joy in the simple pleasures of life.

My happiest moments are found with my loving family and out in nature with the sun kissing my face. I believe there is so much magic to be found in our lives. I hope to guide those who work with me towards discovering and embracing their own magical and vibrant spirit.

ROOTS

I’ve always had a love for the afterglow you feel in your body after exercise. I began my Yoga journey in 2017 during a bout of depression and fell in love with the practice due to its massively positive impact on my body and mind. My passion grew strong and so did my practice, I became curious about the other limbs of yoga. After dedicating myself to the art of practicing yoga and attending several Yoga Retreats, I felt a deep desire to teach and share this practice blooming within me. I pursued my dream and received my Yoga Teacher Certification after a 200hr training with Breath for Change in 2021. I’ve also taken additional trainings and workshops offered by incredible instructors such as Chuck Raffoni and the women of Flux Yoga to deepen my personal practice and enhance my offerings. I’ve also learned a lot from the owner of Root to Bloom Studio, my dear friend Abby. She has welcomed, guided, and encouraged me as a teacher in her studio with warmth and kindness. The Yoga community is strong, and for that I am grateful. I’m forever a student of yoga and life itself!
