What to expect:
A 60min vinyasa flow designed to balance the body, calm the mind, and open your heart.
Enjoy the cozy riverside studio as we move through the practice together. We will cultivate loving awareness, ease into movement, gradually build heat and wind down. We will end with a restful 8 minute savasana/meditation.
Music, candles, and sage/palo santo may be used during this session.
This class is suitable for most. Mats, props, and blankets are available at the studio if you do not have your own! Don’t hesitate to contact me with questions. yogawithchelsey@gmail.com
