Tuesday Morning Yoga Flow - Energize + Strengthen!

All levels Vinyasa Flow with Chelsey LaFleur at Root to Bloom Studio

Riverside in the Tannery Marketplace - Littleton, NH

Weekly on Tuesday's | 10AM-11AM

A 60min flow designed to energize the body, gently build strength, calm the mind, and open your heart.

We will cultivate loving awareness, ease into the practice, gradually build heat, and cool down before a restful savasana. This class is suitable for most. Some fitness/yoga experience is recommended but beginners are always welcome. Yoga meets you where you are!

Mats, props, and blankets are available for you at the studio if you do not have your own!

Please note the PAY WHAT YOU CAN OPTION for a single class! You can choose $17 or $20 payment when you sign up. Read below to learn more about sliding scale option at Root to Bloom. Commit to your practice + save when you sign up for the 4-class pack option!

DROP IN PAYMENT CAN BE MADE VIA VENMO OR CASH IF YOU DO NOT SAVE YOUR SPOT ONLINE -

If you drop in you can opt for the sliding scale/pay what you can option. I believe yoga should be accessible to all. Email me with any questions or concerns.

What to wear? Clothes you can comfortably twist, bend, and move in! Hair elastic/scrunchie may be desired for long hair. Dangly jewelry is not recommended. We practice barefoot but if you prefer to have socks, grippy ones are recommended.
