Experience Yin Yoga with Chelsey at Root to Bloom Studio!

Saturday Morning 1/3 at 10am

What to expect:

  • a slow and seated 60minute yoga flow

  • holding shapes in stillness for 3-5 minutes at a time

  • use of props for support (bolster, blocks, blanket, etc)

  • 8 minute savasana

  • wear cozy warm clothing, YIN is a cooling practice

We have everything you need for practice at the studio but feel free to bring your own mats / props if you’d prefer!
